We are pleased to share an important and positive step in the development of our group. As part of our long-term vision to grow stronger together, Hortimed SIA will be merged into Nord Agri, with the planned effective date February 1st, subject to customary approvals.

This step reflects our belief that the best results come from building on shared strengths. Hortimed has developed valuable expertise, strong relationships, and a respected product portfolio over the years. By fully integrating this experience into Nord Agri, we are creating a more unified organization with greater scale, efficiency, and long-term resilience.

Following the merger, Hortimed will no longer exist as a separate legal entity, but its operations, people, and know-how will continue as an integral part of Nord Agri, all of Hortimed’s, rights, obligations, and commitments will be fulfilled by Nord Agri. All existing contracts, agreements, licenses, and partnerships will remain unchanged and fully in force.

By combining Hortimed’s strengths with Nord Agri’s infrastructure and reach, we are significantly enhancing what we can offer. Together, we will deliver a stronger and more innovative portfolio of peat substrates and sapropel-based biostimulants, supported by improved customer service, logistics, and distribution capabilities. This integration provides a solid foundation for sustainable growth and long-term collaboration.

Your usual points of contact, ongoing projects, and business processes will remain the same, and all current teams will continue their work without interruption. We are committed to a transparent and well-structured integration process and will keep you informed as we move forward.
